As an e-Title client, you'll receive a username and password to access TitleTrack™ and your files. For open orders, you can check the status of abstracts, readings, clearances, and see which files are ready to close. Each virtual file contains the abstract, property info, and all searches, which you can email, save, or print.

Once a file closes, it is fully scanned, including the closing package and instruments used. You can track your file through its final recording stages and access recorded documents and proofs. e-Title Direct stores all documents electronically, making them available to clients anytime.
